QUESTIONS
1) What is an A or B Service or even an A3 or B2 etc...?
-These are the yearly services due for your vehicle. They rotate every 10k miles between the A or B. They have a variety of pricing that goes along with them. When you see the number, those correspond to a chart and list other services that Mercedes says are due by either time or mileage.
-WE MAKE THIS SIMPLE BY COMBINING THE A & B SERVICE INTO ONE COMPREHENSIVE YEARLY INSPECTION THAT TAKES CARE OF ALL THE YEARLY NEEDS, ELIMINATING THE BACK AND FORTH. THEN WE INFORM YOU OF ANY OTHER SERVICES NEEDED BY MILEAGE OR DRIVING STYLE. THIS ALLOWS US TO PROVIDE YOU A STABLE PRICE YEAR TO YEAR. WE EDUCATE YOU IN THE BEST WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE AND ALLOW YOU TO CHOOSE WHEN AND HOW TO INVEST IN YOUR MERCEDES.
2) Do we charge for Diagnostic Testing?
- YES, we do charge for diagnosis in most cases. We do not charge if it is something that is either a known issue, just explaining a system's operation or something that falls under our customer satisfaction category. IE: small bulb replacement, fuse replacement, set tire pressure, top off oil level.
-THE CHARGE IS OUR GUARANTEE THAT WE FIX YOUR VEHICLE CORRECTLY. NO OTHER DIAGNOSIS TIME WILL EVER BE CHARGED AFTER A REPAIR HAS BEEN MADE UNLESS NOTED PRIOR.

3) Do we accept customer-supplied Parts?
-NO, we do not accept any customer-supplied parts, as we can not provide the warranty or source the replacement part if we do not provide it ourselves. WE PROVIDE 2-YEAR OR 24,000 MILE PARTS & LABOR
-THIS IS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF REPAIR FOR YOUR MERCEDES. THEY ARE VERY TEMPERMENTAL ABOUT THE PARTS INSTALLED ON THEM. WE DO USE ABOUT 75% FACTORY MERCEDES PARTS FOR ALL REPAIRS. THERE ARE SOME PARTS THAT WE WILL SOURCE FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE TO LOWER THE COST FOR YOU WHENEVER THE SITUATION IS POSSIBLE.
4) Do we have AFTER HOURS PICK UP / DROP OFF?
-YES, we do have a secure Drop Box and Key Pick up system. The SILVER BOX to the right of the glass door is the key system. We have online and mobile pay options!
-THE REPAIR ORDER HAS TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS IF YOU WANT THE KEY LOCKED OUT FOR AFTER HOURS PICK UP. YOU CAN DROP VEHICLE OFF ANY TIME OF DAY THAT IS CONVENIENT FOR YOU!

5) Do you have Military discount?
-YES, we offer 10% off on Labor only.

6) Do we work on any other Brands?
- NO, WE DO NOT WORK ON ANY OTHER BRANDS. ONLY MERCEDES

7) Do we accept Aftermarket Warranty Companies?
-YES, we do accept most of the companies and will file them on your behalf.

-WE HAVE NOTICED THAT THESE COMPANIES DO NOT COVER LOTS OF REPAIR TYPES THAT YOUR MERCEDES USUALLY REQUIRES. THEY ALSO DO NOT USUALLY COVER THE FULL LABOR COST WHICH THE CLIENT IS REQUIRED TO COVER AS WELL. ITS 50/50 IF THEY COVER THE DIAGNOSIS FEE.
